Is the Glacier Inn still owned by Jim Bunns or his family??
Come and get hyderized, good food and liquor sales
Authentic
Went there twice today to get “Hyderized” and not open! Bummer must be only open on weekends I guess.
MoreJuly 2018. The food was delicious and the owner was super nice. It was fun to see all the money on the walls - thousands of one dollar bills.
MoreBesides getting hyderized, the food is excellent!
Great food!!
Great food for a good price - just remember ti carry USD if you're visiting from Canada
MoreGreat burger and slaw! Take some time to look at all the money on the wall...it’s fun finding the older bills with notes written on them. Bring a buck and a sharpie and leave your own mark, too!
MoreMost eastern place on Google maps that I can leave a review in Alaska
Came in for the official 'Hyderizing.' 'Downed two of them with no trouble - after that, I just stuck to beer! Great little watering hole in a great little (and brother I mean 'LITTLE!') town.
MoreGreat food! Fun environment! Loved it!
Decent. Clean.
My dad came here in 1978 and told me an awesome story of his experience here. Now it's on my bucket list!! Are the the rules of the everclear shot still the same?
MoreYes, it's a tourist destination, but the service was great and the halibut fish and chips was excellent, as was the chowder.
MoreFun little bar/restaurant. It isn't always open considering the size of the town. I happened to be lucky one weekend. The place was hoping in April.
MoreThis place is worth the very long drive, make sure to get hyderized 😁 also they filmed the movie insomnia with robin Williams and al pacino at the glacier on the road into town
MoreSo nice
Always a blast!
Pool, beer, food and history. You get a real sense of the historical value Glacier Inn has to offer as soon as you walk in. I stayed a week in Hyder and this is a cool spot to visit especially if you havent been Hyderized.
